Meet Mitchell Jobson, the driving force behind Gym & Tonic, a fully qualified coach with more than two decades of experience training people to achieve their goals. With certifications in strength, conditioning, boxing, and Tae Kwon Do.

Branch Manager

Kimchi, our Shiba Inu gym manager, he specialises in tail wags and getting adorably in the way. His expert 'paws-on' approach to fitness involves greeting members with joyful enthusiasm and occasionally mistaking fitness mats for nap spots. Kimchi's playful antics ensure workouts are not only effective but filled with laughter, proving that sometimes, the best motivation comes on four legs.
