The Slim Coach Program provides clients with an assessment of eating patterns, a dietary program and support to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
1. Eating: Personal Nutrition Profile Analysis, Goal Setting, Eating Plan and introductory tips sheets. This session gets you started with good eating advice.
2. Appetite: Dietary review and fine tuning based on the Eating Habit Action Plan and Food and Fitness Log. Focuses on ensuring you are not overeating or going hungry and are able to manage your appetite to choose appropriate foods and portion sizes. Additional Tip Sheets are provided and an optional eating diary is used to raise awareness of eating triggers.
3. Emotions: Review and additional fine tuning with discussion and Tip Sheets that target emotional eating factors; including boredom, stress, time management, emotional eating and relationships.
Additional sessions can be purchased focusing on dietary and behavioural reviews, overcoming barriers to success, long term goal setting and support.
INSPIRED LIVING is a strength training class for the over 60`s. This class provides individualised resstance training programs constructed by a qualified trainer.
