Program Updates can be booked at six weekly intervals. These updates are essential for motivation, the addition of new exercises and to keep you on track.
Our friendly and helpful staff are always on hand for your support. If you cannot remember an exercise, just ask and they will assist you. If you want more from the program, the team will be more than happy to provide some additional exercises.
With a Ladies Membership, you will have access to the club 7 days a week and most of its facilities.
