Exercising with a great instructor who is clear and concise about the correct way to do each exercise is comforting. There are always friendly staff and group members. Pilates is an energizing, challenging class. I love Kate’s teaching style. She’s friendly, clear, motivating and always professional. I really feel like I’ve had a workout. I always feel energized after the class. I feel my muscles have worked hard without straining my joints. I no have stronger abs. The class sets me up perfectly for the weekend. It’s a full body workout, Glynis motivates me in a very friendly environment. My energy levels have increased, my lower back pain has vanished and I feel much stronger. I know my entire body has been stretched. Glynis is a great instructor.

Pilates is an overall body workout, I feel overall toning, my body feels lean and long, plus stretching feels great.
